No one likes to waste time complaining.

It’s uncomfortable… but sometimes it’s necessary.

If you consider that I did a bad job or that I didn’t rise to the occasion, you can send me your complaints, claims and concerns through the following form.

Note about personal data: it is not so necessary to specify your DNI number or your address or phone number; I place them only because the law requires them on the form. I will use the data collected here only for the attention of the corresponding claim. Please note that I will retain this information for two years from the date of shipment. (This is the minimum period of time I am required to have for auditing purposes).

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, EDUARDO VERA-PALOMINO has a VIRTUAL COMPLAINTS BOOK at the disposal of the CLIENT.

The formulation of this claim does not prevent the CLIENT from resorting to other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with Indecopi.

EDUARDO VERA-PALOMINO shall respond to the claim within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the CLIENT.
