Do you have any questions about your personal data? Would you like to modify or delete any information I may have stored about you? Here you can request that I do something about it.
Both Peruvian and European laws require that you attach a legible copy of your identification document in this type of application. If you are a minor or are making this request on behalf of someone else, you must also attach both a copy of the representative’s identification and some document that proves such representation (a power of attorney, for example).
I remind you what each of the ARCO rights means:
- Access: Right to know what information about you has been stored in the database, how it was obtained, for what purpose and whether it was transferred or shared with third parties.
- Rectification: Right to modify or update your data.
- Cancellation: Right to request the deletion of your data once the professional relationship has ended.
- Opposition: Right to refuse the processing of your data, provided that you present a valid reason.
If you want to learn more about data protection in Peru, please see the Personal Data Protection Manual (in Spanish) by the Constitutional Affairs Department of the Ombudsman’s Office.
